With the emergence of Internet, e-business
has played an important role to assist in performing business
among organization and help customers to tailor time of
communication and cost reduction. FPS Transport Corporation
Ltd. aims to improve Internet usage as a business tool.
Therefore, e-services are provided to FPS customers. The
e-services consist of Schedules, Quotation Request, Booking
online, Track and Trace, Draft B/L, Summary Report, and
Arrival Notice, all of which are prepared to facilitate
our customers in enabling to stay in touch with their
shipments and order processing. Through our e-services,
for example, the customers can request quotations, make
bookings online, track their shipments, and examine their
historical summary report. |
